What do we perceive as the appropriate way to "perform" in a given situation? How far are our movements, our tone of voice, our behavior controlled? I would like to play with those situations both public and private where what is demanded is a performance, a setting of a personal stage in order to communicate. What does it mean to be "natural"? Is miscommunication failure to communicate? We explore how far social situations can be invaded by our personal memories, a recognition of emotions or projection of how we see the outcome. How a very private situation can manifest itself in public.
